It has been a long while since we have seen all the SM Entertainment artists on one stage. But the long wait is all over! SM Town is back for a world tour.
SM Town Live 2010 World Tour will kick off on August 21st at the Seoul Jamsil Olympic Stadium at 5 p.m. It will also go outside Asia as they hit L.A., yes Los Angeles, California, on September 4th at the Staples Center. Moreover, true to its roots, they will comeback in Asia to visit major Asian cities like Shanghai on September 11th at the Shanghai Hongqiao Stadium, Tokyo and others (which details have not yet be released).
Tickets will be sold this coming July 15th at 8 p.m. via GMarket. However, pre-sales for fan clubs will start as early July 13th. Interestingly, the show will also have 「happy family seats」 for families to enjoy the concert more since the tour is meant to be a summer music festival for families, friends and such.
Recently, an SME stated that, 「We will hold our concert at the Staples Center, a venue where only the top American artists can perform. We predict that we will capture the attention of the entire world this way.」
Just a little note, SM Town means all artists from SM Entertainment like Kangta, BoA, U-know Yunho, Max Changmin, Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee, f(x), Trax, and many, many more! They are expected to perform for five hours straight.
