After School's JungAh Feels Sorry For Uee?

After School's JungAh stated that she feels sorry for fellow member Uee.
JungAh appeared as a guest on the second part of MBC 『Goldfish』, 『Radio Star』, on the 30th.
In this episode, when asked, 「Have you ever been jealous of Uee?」 JungAh replied, 「Rather than jealousy, I feel sorry for her. I feel sorry for her because her schedule is so packed.」
Son Dambi, who is under the same management as her, also guest starred. JungAh's fellow members, Kahi and NaNa also guest starred in this episode. On the first part of 『Goldfish』, 『Knee-Drop Guru』, the queen of trot, Jang YoonJung, guest starred. Along with explaining the truth behind rumors, she also expressed her honest feelings about her break up with ex-boyfriend Noh HongChul.

UEE's belly becomes the target of netizens sharp eyes

After School member UEE's "belly" gets the hot seat's for netizens criticisms.

On a recent cable program show, After School performed their latest hit "Bang!" this time with UEE present and netizens have been posting photo's of UEE on online community bulletin boards.

Netizens pointed out the significant weight gain of UEE that showed in her belly.

Although some commented she gained weight, netizens also voiced out on the contrary, "She wore unusually tight pants, it's more striking because of UEE's tight shorts", "She doesn't look chubby, she has a slim figure and even has a muscular look".

Meanwhile, UEE is busy with her drama "birdie buddy" and has been exercising more to fit her role as a golfer in the drama.

Which Girl Group is the Best at Baseball Pitching?

QBS, a station that broadcasts DMB pro baseball telecasts, recently revealed the results of their online poll asking viewers to vote for the girl group best suited for baseball pitching!

First place went to none other than SNSD, who won with an overwhelming 54% of the votes! The girls have showed off their pitching skills in many baseball games, so its no surprise that they snagged the top spot! QBS's organization manager, Lee HeeDae even said that 「in the recent Jamshil opening game, 1st place SNSD's TaeYeon, SeoHyun, and YoonA participated, receiving massive responses and left good impressions on DMB viewers.」



Second place went to Kara, who won 17% of the total votes!



And finally third place went to After School, who won 10% of the votes. Maybe the girls got their skills from member UEE's father, Kim SungGab, who is also the Nexen Heroes' pro baseball coach!

Uee fails to make it for baseball game opening pitch

Having done the opening pitch for the The Heroes (renamed Nexen Heroes now) last year, After School's UEE was once again invited to do the same thing on May 29th in their game against the LG Twins at Mokdong Baseball Stadium.

There has been much attention since UEE was pitching for the second time and she was the daughter of the Nexen Heroes defensive coach, Kim Seong Gab.

It was a no-show unfortunately as UEE who is busy filming her drama, Birdie Buddy in a rural province was caught in heavy traffic and failed to make it on time. And they decided to get on with the game without her with her cut-out instead.



But she eventually turned up and became a concerned spectator.

From UEE's successful debut in the drama "You're Beautiful" here comes her very own Drama project entitled "Birdie Buddy".

There's no exact date yet on when this drama will be aired but for UEE's fans who are interested here's the Synopsis of this drama.


Synopsis:

Sung Mi Soo (UEE) is a happy and tough girl from a poor farm family in the rural, mountainous Gangwon Province. Mi Soo dreams of becoming a famous national professional golfer eversince she got an accidentally chance of touching a no.8 golf club when she was young as her mom was working as a caddy. Since then, Mi Soo is fated to 'walk on' the road full of difficulties to conquer the world of golf. But then, she has to learn as well that there are no rules in golf that can be applied in the game of love as she got into a triangular love relationship with John Lee, the charismatic PGA cup holder and Min Hae Ryung, the heiress of World Golf Resort who has both talent and beauty.

These were the photo's they took during the time they were in a reality show that was supposed to debut in a girl group.

UEE Works Hard for Birdie Buddy

After School's UEE has been filming Birdie Buddy, a drama about golf in Kang-Won-Do.
Since the weather in in Kang-Won-Do is still cold, most of the actors are having a hard time filming. However, UEE is enthusiastic for her role and still tries her best despite the freezing weather. Staff complimented UEE and predicted that Birdie Buddy will be a hit due to UEE's work.

Birdie Buddy is UEE's first leading role and is based on Lee HyunSae's comic about golf. UEE is playing the role of Sung MiSu, a country side girl who turns into a golf genius. Birdie Buddy will be on TV around June and Group8 are still talking with the broadcasting companies.
