Shindong and Gyuri Transform into Avatars

Super Junior's Shindong and Kara's Park Gyuri brought the world of Pandora to MBC studios last Tuesday – June 28th.

During the broadcast of MBC FM 『Shindong and Park Gyuri's ShimShim Tapa』 on the the 25th, the duo promised the listeners that they will dress up as Na'vi and host the radio show – if the South Korean football team made it to the round of 8 in the FIFA World Cup.

But unfortunately, the Korean team lost against Uruguay last Saturday. Regardless of the defeat, Shindong and Gyuri garnered much attention as they went on with their promise and painted their faces as avatars. With their surprise transformation, netizens commented:

「I thought we wouldn't be able to see it after not making it to the top 8, but it's a success.」
